Michel is CEO and heads the Board of Directors of Lancor. He has led numerous searches for board members and senior executives for financial sponsors and leading international corporations in Europe, the Middle East and the United States.

Prior to joining Lancor, Michel founded and led the European telecommunications and internet infrastructure practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Early in his career, Michel was Deputy General Manager Benelux countries for AT&T, with responsibility for sales, business development and customer support.

He is a member of the boards of the DigiWorld Institute, C4V and Shareability.

Michel holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering and biochemistry from the School of Engineering of the Institut Meurice in Brussels and an Executive master’s degree in management from the Université Libre de Bruxelles . He is also an AMP graduate from IMD, in Lausanne.
