Xavier Vasques is CTO of IBM Technology, France as well as Distinguished Data Scientist and member of the Management Committee of IBM France. He is responsible for the technical teams of IBM France and a member of the IBM Academy of Technology.

He has produced several communications and scientific publications (> 150) and books, including recently Le Contrôle du Neurone. Xavier holds a master’s degree in Mathematics, a degree in Computer Engineering and a doctorate in Neurosciences.

Xavier holds the chair of cognitive science and technology at the ENSC, member of the scientific council of the Ecole des Mines d’Ales and director of the Clinical Neuroscience Laboratory in Montpellier
